Professional expertise
ReWorks is headed by Dr. Jennifer Blalock. Dr Blalock is the Chief Energy Officer and Change Maker of InJenuity Solutions. She brings over two decades of leadership in higher education, non-profit and municipal government. Dr. Blalock specializes in leadership development, community engagement, strategic planning, and executive coaching. She holds a doctorate in Organizational and Higher Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University; a Master’s in Adult Education at the University of Southern Mississippi; and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Mercyhurst University. She is active on many community boards, including The Florida Ballet, Literacy Pros Jacksonville, and Quench The Violence.
